Culinary Class and dinner on Tuesday, February 9th with Executive Chef Aris Cabrera, CEC, WCEC. Join us in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom, 3:00 to 5:30 PM. Chef will prepare sous vide beef tenderloin, sous vide lemon-thyme asparagus, and sous vide roasted potatoes. Seating is limited to 30 per class.
