We spoke to both Governor Ducey's office and the Santa Cruz County Health Department this morning and the governor's executive order does NOT include Santa Cruz county at the present time. So, we are unable to offer alcohol beer and wine in our takeouts and deliveries, until the presumed case is confirmed. I asked the question 3 times to both departments and they were very clear. Sorry folks
We are still open for dining in until we hear from the Santa Cruz County Health Department. We are following all sanitation requirements and recommendations. Tubac Jack's, Soto's, and Elvira's are open as well
